This is a high-standards pet friendly property. Pet fee and pre-approval is required for your pet. One house-trained, crate-trained, well-mannered dog is allowed. Adding your pet to the reservation is required. Please do not bring a dog without discussing it with us first. The dog must be accompanied by you at all times and never be left alone loose in the home without you. An extra large crate with freshly washed blankets is provided. If pet damage is discovered, a service fee, extra cleaning, and repair costs will be charged. Guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. There should be no pet evidence inside or outside at checkout.

Our home uses a reliable, dedicated Line-of-Sight wireless connection with download speeds of 20+ Mbps. It provides low-latency, stable connectivity that easily handles HD streaming (Roku smart TV streaming) and remote work tasks like video calls.
