House Rules: To promote health and reduce allergens in the home please remove shoes and keep them off indoors. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, cannabis-free home and property. No smoking or drug use of any kind is allowed inside or outside. No parties, mail, package deliveries, candles, or torches. Return amenities to the place you found them and do not move furniture. If any accidental damage occurs please report it to us. Coasters and placemats are provided to avoid damage to furniture and antiques. Replacement cost and replacement fee are assessed per item for any item(s) that are missing, can't be repaired, or can't be laundered clean. Colored towels are provided for makeup removal. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to oversee the safety and security of their child(ren). Our home is not childproofed. This is a pet-friendly property for well-mannered dogs only. Adding your dog to the reservation is required. The dog must be accompanied by you at all times and never be left alone loose in the home without you. An extra-large crate is provided. If pet damage is discovered, a service fee, extra cleaning, and repair costs will be charged. Guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. There should be no pet evidence inside or outside at checkout. At departure follow the checkout instructions for trash, bedding, towels, and dishes. Close and lock all windows and doors.
