This is a high-standards pet friendly property. Pet fee and pre-approval is required for your pet. One house-trained, crate-trained, well-mannered dog is allowed. Adding your pet to the reservation is required. Please do not bring a dog without discussing it with us first. The dog must be accompanied by you at all times and never be left alone loose in the home without you. An extra large crate with freshly washed blankets is provided. If pet damage is discovered, a service fee, extra cleaning, and repair costs will be charged. Guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. There should be no pet evidence inside or outside at checkout.

House Rules
We hope you enjoy this peaceful getaway as much as we do! It is carefully cleaned, maintained, furnished, and equipped. We ask that you care for it as you would your own home during your stay. We've been fortunate to have exceptional guests stay at the home and look forward to hosting you.
When booking through this platform for 30 days or more, a short-term rental agreement and renters insurance is required. We can provide a copy of the agreement for you to read before confirming your reservation. House rules and checkout instructions are listed in the contract.
Only ID-verified guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, in the home, or overnight. No outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted on the 5-acre grounds at any time without our approval.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after this deadline are non-refundable.

Our base rate is for 6 guests. Over 6, there is a daily per person fee for additional guests using the home day use or overnight. Only ID-verified guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, in the home, or overnight.
